(ANSA) - ROME, SEP 28 - Europe have beaten the United States
in the Junior Ryder Cup at the Marco Simone Golf & Country Club
near Rome, running out convincing 20.5-9.5 winners on Thursday.
Italians Giovanni Danile Binaghi and Francesca Fiorellini both
produced excellent performances for the winning team.
Europe ended a run of six consecutive US victories to win the
tournament for the fifth time.
The US have won it seven times in total. (ANSA).
