(ANSA) - ROME, AUG 11 - The Italian women's synchronised
swimming team won the silver in the team technical event at the
European championships in Rome Thursday to give Italy its first
medal of its home games.
The team coomposed of Domiziana Cavanna, Linda Cerruti, Costanza
Di Camillo, Costanza Ferro, Gemma Galli, Marta Iacoacci, Marta
Murro and Enrica Piccoli came second to Ukraine.
France took the bronze. (ANSA).
