Soccer: Top agent Raiola has routine check-up

(ANSA) - ROME, JAN 12 - Top Italian soccer agent Mino Raiola had a routine check-up in a Milan hospital Wednesday.
    The Italo-Dutch agent's press office denied earlier reports he had had an urgent operation at the San Raffaele Hospital.
    "Mino Raiola underwent routine medical checks requiring anesthesia. They were scheduled checks, there was no urgent operation," said the press office.
    Raiola, 54, is the agent of many stars including 40-year-old AC Milan and Sweden great Zlatan Ibrahimovic, 22-year-old PSG and Italy goalie and Euro 2020 player of the tournament Gianluigi Donnarumma, and 21-year-old Norway and Borussia Dortmund goal machine Erling Haaland.
    Raiola, who was born in Nocera Inferiore near Salerno, is 54.
