(ANSA) - ROME, DEC 2 - AC Milan's Denmark captain and central
defender Simon Kjaer will be out for some time after keyhole
surgery to repair ligament damage to his left knee sustained in
Wednesday night's 3-0 win at Genoa, the Rossoneri said Thursday.
The 32-year-old was stretchered off after four minutes in Genoa
and will "most probably return in January at the earliest," said
the seven-time European champs.
Milan are second in Serie A, one point behind leaders Napoli and
one ahead of city rivals Inter. (ANSA).
