Soccer: Juventus extend perfect start

Napoli and Inter win too

(ANSA) - Rome, October 8 - Juventus continued their perfect start to the season with a 2-0 victory at Udinese, while the other title contenders also won at the weekend.
    Rodrigo Bentancur headed home to set the Turin giants, who are bidding for an eighth consecutive Serie A title, on their way. Cristiano Ronaldo, who is fighting allegations he raped an American model, was also on target.
    The champions have 24 points from eight games, six more than second-placed Napoli, who beat Sassuolo 2-0 at home.
    Third-placed Inter Milan won 2-1 at SPAL thanks to a double by Mauro Icardi.
    Lazio, who are fourth, beat Fiorentina 1-0 at home and fifth-placed Sampdoria won 1-0 at Atalanta.
    AS Roma, sixth, continued with recovery from a poor start with a 2-0 win at Empoli for their fourth consecutive victory in all competitions. AC Milan, 10th, beat Chievo 3-1 at the San Siro thanks to a brace by Gonzalo Higuain.
