(ANSA) - Rome, May 16 - Cagliari's Brazilian midfielder Joao
Pedro on Wednesday got a six-month doping ban after failing a
doping test performed following his side's Serie A match against
Sassuolo on February 11.
The 26-year-old tested positive for hydrochlorothiazide, a
diuretic medication.
The ban will run until September 15 this year.
