Juve cut Napoli's lead to one point

(ANSA) - Rome, January 23 - Juventus cut Napoli's lead at the top of Serie A back to one point when they beat Genoa 1-0 at home on Monday thanks to an early goal by Douglas Costa.
    Napoli have 54 points from 21 games, champions Juventus have 53 while third-placed Lazio are some way back with 43 points, although the Rome team have a game in hand.
