(ANSA) - Turin, August 31 - Juventus's new signing from
Schalke 04, Benedikt Howedes, said Thursday "I'm a leader, I've
been one for years at Schalke", where he was captain.
Germany central defender Howedes, 29, said there was "no
point" comparing him to Leonardo Bonucci, the Italy star
defender who left Juve for AC Milan.
Asked how he would describe himself, Howedes said
"multi-functional".
