(ANSA) - Rome, March 25 - Irishman Conor O'Shea is to
replace outgoing Jacques Brunel as Italy's new national rugby
coach, the Italian Rugby Federation (FIR) said Friday.
A former full-back with 35 Ireland caps, O'Shea has won
several trophies with Harlequins since joining them in 2010 and
is now out of contract.
He confirmed in December that the FIR had been in touch
with him.
