(ANSA) - Rome, February 4 - The Curva Nord stand of Lazio
fans at Rome's Stadio Olimpico will be closed for two matches
following racist chants against Napoli's Senegal centre-back
Kalidou Koulibaly in Wednesday night's 2-0 home loss, a sporting
judge ruled Thursday. Lazio were fined 50,000 euros for the
chants, which caused the match to be suspended for four minutes.
The club was fined a further 15,000 euros for insulting chants
against Napoli fans. Two sections of the Olimpico close to the
Curva Nord will be closed for one match, the judge also decided.
