Andrea Pirlo NYC FC hire official - Juve

(ANSA) - Rome, July 6 - Veteran Italy midfielder Andrea Pirlo's transfer to New York City FC after four years with Juventus was confirmed officially Monday, the Turin club said.
    "Grazie Maestro," Juventus said in a farewell message on its website after disclosing that Pirlo "will pursue his career at the NYCFC after four years in the black and white (stripes)".
    During his career at Juve the consummate playmaker and deadball virtuoso played 164 games and scored 19 goals.
