(ANSA) - Milan, March 9 - Silvio Berlusconi on Monday phoned
Pippo Inzaghi to voice confidence in the AC Milan coach after
Milan's 2-2 home draw with Hellas Verona restarted rumours about
a possible sacking.
Sources said the owner's call has warded off the prospect
of former striker Inzaghi losing his job.
Milan are 10th in Serie A on 35 points, 23 behind leaders
Juventus.
