Conte says will reach contract end

(ANSA) - Rome, February 9 - Italy coach Antonio Conte said Monday he would get to the end of his contract after Euro 2016, "whether some people like it or not. "I hope that from today on this chatter about me reaching the end will be over," he said after talks with Italian Soccer Federation (FIGC) President Carlo Tavecchio. Conte declinaed to comment on the possibility he may face trial for sporting fraud in connection with a match-fixing case, saying only that he was "busy organising bases" for the Azzurri expedition to France next year.
