(ANSA) - Milan, September 15 - AC Milan said Monday that Spanish goalkeeper Diego Lopez will be out for at least two weeks after injuring himself in an unsuccessful attempt to control a Mattia De Sciglio back pass and stop an own goal late in his side's 5-4 win over Parma.
The club said Lopez had pulled a muscle in his right thigh and would be out at least until new tests are done in two weeks.
Milan, who are among three teams to have won their first two Serie A games along with champions Juventus and AS Roma, added that Brazilian defender Alex also hurt his thigh in Parma.
The centre-back's condition will be reassessed in a few days, but he looks set to miss next Saturday's showdown with Juventus at the San Siro stadium.
