(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 16 - A new national Artificial
Intelligence centre will be immediately operational in Turin,
Business and Made in Italy Minister Adolfo Urso said Monday.
"We have finally defined the statute that will enable us to
immediately activate the Center and it will give impetus to the
activity in Turin and its capacity to lead a process of
transformation that must not intimidate us," he said.
Urdo recalled that the new centre will have funding of 20
million euros a year. A specific site for the centre has yet to
be found. (ANSA).
