(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 7 - Premier Giorgia Meloni will unveil
Italy's bid to host the Einstein Telescope soon, Universities
and Research Minister Anna Maria Bernini said Tuesday.
Italy's candidacy to host the Einstein Telescope will soon be
officially announced by Meloni, Bernini said at the Conference
of Scientific and Space Attachés organised at the University of
Padua by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International
Cooperation.
"The government believes very much in the initiative" and "we
believe that the Sos Enattos mine is the perfect place, and not
only we say so, but Nobel Prize (physics) winner Giorgio Parisi.
"If he says so we believe it and we are working for it with all
our strength". (ANSA).
