(ANSA) - Milan, May 20 - Cancer is not caused by chance or
misfortune but rather by predictable alterations in DNA
triggered by external factors conditioned by lifestyle and
environment, according to a study by researchers at the European
Institute of Oncology (IEO) published Monday in the journal
Nature Genetics.
