(ANSA) - Rome, October 18 - A special barley flour can ward
off heart attacks, Italian researchers say.
The flour are rich in a heart-friendly fibre called
beta-glucane that has proved successful in "forming natural
bypasses" in mice, the Pisa-based research team said.
