(ANSA) - Rome, January 5 - The health ministry on Thursday denied reports that there was a shortage of meningitis vaccine in the face of a rising number of cases across Italy. "There is no health emergency", officials said after a meeting to monitor the situation. Officials stressed the importance of following the vaccine schedule and consulting with family doctors on the need for vaccinations.
