EU deal on higher emissions test levels

Netherlands vote against, Czech Republic abstains

Redazione Ansa

(ANSA) - Brussels, October 28 - The EU on Wednesday reached a deal on higher levels of tolerance for car emissions tests in the wake of the Volkswagen scandal. Volkswagen was caught cheating on US emissions tests and had to recall millions of vehicles.
