(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 27 - The Italian State will take responsibility for anyone who was possibly harmed by COVID-19 vaccines, Premier Giorgia Meloni said on a Rete4 talk show Wednesday night.
"There must be the maximum willingness on the part of the government, to get to the bottom of it, to understand and take on for the Italian State the responsibilities it must assume," she said in response to a question from Fuori dal Coro host Mario Giordano on the "victims of the adverse effects of the vaccine" for Covid "who often feel abandoned".
"They should not feel abandoned, in my opinion," Meloni explained.
Giordano has been highlighting cases of people still suffering from adverse reactions to COVID jabs. (ANSA).
