(ANSA) - ROME, SEP 23 - Two-time former president of the
republic Giorgio Napolitano, who died in Rome on Friday aged 98,
will be given a state funeral, the premier's office at Palazzo
Chigi said on Saturday.
The day of the funeral has not yet been announced.
The premier's office also ordered that all flags on public
buildings and on Italian diplomatic and consular representations
abroad be flown at half mast until the day of the funeral, which
will be declared a day of national mourning. (ANSA).
