Risk of evasion if Rai fee collection method changes -Sergio

(ANSA) - ROME, JUN 8 - There is a high risk of evasion if the current method of collecting the license fee for state broadcaster Rai via electricty bills is changed, Rai's new CEO Roberto Sergio told the parliamentary Rai oversight body on Thursday.
    The TV licence fee in Italy is the lowest among the main European countries, he added.
    Sergio also said the approach of the new management named by Italy's rightwing government "is everything but ideological" and said "Rai cannot be in the gift of a few people". (ANSA).
