Meeting with regions on NRRP 'excellent' says Fitto

(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 29 - A meeting with regional representatives on boosting synergies on the National Recovery and resilience Plan (NRRP) was "positive"and produced some "excellent work," European Affairs Minister Raffaele Fitto said after meeting the governors and others Monday.
    "The reconnaissance work was excellent, and the exchange of information with the governors was fruitful," he said.
    Only by effective liaison between central and local government can the necessary investments be made efficient as the European Commission has highlighted, the minister said.
    This will help "rewrite the prospects not only of the individual territories, but of the whole country," he said. (ANSA).
