Italians' tax burden up to 42.4% - ISTAT

(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 5 - ISTAT said Wednesday that Italy's tax burden has risen, with the tax-to-GDP ratio up to 42.4% in the second quarter of 2022, an increase of 0.3 of a percentage point on the same period last year.
    The national statistics agency said the deficit-to-GDP ratio was 3.1% in the third quarter, compared to 7.6% in the same period last year. (ANSA).
