(ANSA) - ROME, SEP 26 - Outgoing Foreign Minister Luigi Di
Maio is set for defeat in the first-past-the-post contest in the
Naples Fuorigrotta constituency in Sunday's general election,
according to a Quorum/Youtrend projection for Sky Tg24.
The projection gives victory to former environment minister
Sergio Costa of the 5-Star Movement (M5S).
Di Maio is the former head of the M5S but recently quit the
movement to form a new centrist party, IPF. (ANSA).
