(ANSA) - ROME, SEP 26 - The Italian bourse seesawed in early
trading Monday after the rightwing victory in Sunday's general
election.
The FTSE-Mib index fell 0.49% before rising by 0.5% following
the win by rightwing Brothers of Italy (FdI) leader and likely
next premier Giorgia Meloni.
The Milan bourse was the only one up in Europe amid recession
fears.
The FTSE-Mib resurgence was led by TIM which rose 4.8%. (ANSA).
