(ANSA) - ROME, JUN 30 - Former Ferrovie dello Stato (FS) rail
company CEO Mauro Moretti got five years in jail on a second
appeal Thursday for the June 2009 Viareggio rail disaster that
killed 32 people.
In the first appeal he got seven years in jail. (ANSA).
