Italy top for EU funding probes - OLAF

(ANSA) - ROME, JUN 10 - Italy is top in the EU for probes into funding, anti-fraud office OLAF said Thursday.
    OLAF opened 13 probes against Rome last year, the highest of any member State.
    Of these, nine concluded with a recommendation.
    Italy has a longstanding problem with using EU funds. (ANSA).
