(ANSA) - Rome, February 22 - A funding problem for the
outskirts of Italian cities and towns has been solved thanks to
the intervention of Premier Giuseppe Conte, Bari Mayor Antonio
Decaro, the head of municipalities association ANCI, told an
ANSA Forum on Friday.
Decaro added that new proposed regional autonomy should not
"create a financial and juridical gap" between richer northern
regions and poorer southern ones.
