(ANSA) - Brussels, November 20 - Eurogroup President Mario
Centeno said Tuesday that ongoing financial market turbulence
reflected doubts about the Italian government's 2019 budget
plan. "We concentrated on Italy in the penultimate Eurogroup
meeting because the Commission asked for an revised budget,"
Centeno told the European Parliament. "The update has not
improved the situation in terms of the costs of financing the
debt, as we see on today's markets, which means the concerns
about Italy's budget strategy have not dissolved".
