No one can duck balancing budget - pres

(ANSA) - Rome, October 23 - No one can shirk the responsibility of balancing budgets, President Sergio Mattarella said Tuesday.
    "The logic of a balanced budget is not that of an abstract rigour," he said.
    "We must always be guided by a longer view of development, its equity and sustainability," he said.
    Mattarella also underscored the importance of thinking of savers.
