(ANSA) - Genoa, October 8 - Franco Ravera, leader of the Genoa bridge evacuees, said after talks with Transport Minister Danilo Toninelli Monday that "we told the minister: don't tell us 'musse', that is don't tell us lies, the city doesn't need lies".
The government has been accused of moving too slowly with the reconstruction process and being vague about when a new bridge could be built.
Ravera said "we want serious, concrete and feasible commitments".
He said "the minister vowed to change the decree, as well as meeting us and keeping us updated".
The Morandi Bridge collapsed August 14 killing 43.
