(ANSA) - Rome, September 21 - Centre-left opposition
Democratic Party (PD) treasurer Francesco Bonifazi has been
placed under investigation for allegedly receiving illicit party
funding from Rome businessman Luca Parnasi.
Parnasi was arrested in June in connection with alleged
corruption over the construction of AS Roma's new stadium.
