(ANSA) - Rome, July 12 - Telling migrants to go home is a
form of racism, Italy's supreme Court of Cassation ruled
Thursday. The court confirmed the aggravating factor of racism
in upholding a verdict against a 40-year-old Italian found
guilty of injury and telling his victim "what have you come here
to do...go home".
