(ANSA) - Rome, January 8 - Ex-premier Silvio Berlusconi has
put the symbol 'Berlusconi premier' in his centre-right Forza
Italia's symbol for the March 4 general election even though he
is banned from standing for office.
The three-time former premier is banned due to a tax-evasion
conviction.
He is hoping the European Court of Human Rights will rule
against the ban before the election, but this appears unlikely.
