(ANSA) - Rome, October 18 - A bill protecting whistleblowers
moved from the Senate to the House Wednesday. The bill was
passed by 142 votes to 61 with 32 abstentions. The bill would
provide greater protection to whistleblowers in corruption
cases, encouraging people to report public- and private-sector
graft.
