(ANSA) - Rome, August 17 - The European Central Bank voiced
fears at its last board meeting on July 20 for an excessive rise
in the euro in the future, according to the minutes of the
meeting released Thursday. It said the current rise in the
single currency reflected a change in economic fundamentals.
