(ANSA) - Rome, May 17 - The international community believes
there are "concrete" risks of a civil war in Venezuela, Foreign
Minister Angelino Alfano told the Senate Wednesday. He said the
crisis affects 150,000 Italians and the foreign ministry had
earmarked one million eutos for co-nationals, while the
government was "committed" to helping Italian firms. He said
Italy could not be a "helpless" bystander.
