Berlusconi loses case against Economist

(ANSA) - Rome, February 28 - The supreme Court of Cassation on Tuesday ruled against Silvio Berlusconi over his claim that The Economist defamed him with a 2001 article in which it said he was unfit to be premier. The court upheld a Milan appeal court ruling that the weekly had exercised the right to journalistic criticism in the article published on April 26, 2001.
