(ANSA) - Rome, February 22 - A meeting between Alitalia
management and unions scheduled for 16:30 Wednesday was scrubbed
when unions said they would not be attending. The talks were to
have focused on renewing a national contract and an upcoming
business plan containing thousands of job cuts at the
loss-making former national flag carrier.
