(ANSA) - Rome, December 9 - Corruption, "an evil that pollutes the foundations of civilised existence, must be fought without equivocation or timidity," President Sergio Mattarella said on the International Day Against Corruption Friday.
    "Fighting corruption is a systemic commitment, by all public institutions and, at the same time, it is a task that is up to each individual, and to economic and social organisations," he said.
