Populism rising says CENSIS

(ANSA) - Rome, December 2 - Italians feel "rancour" at being the victims of a political caste while the political world is entrenched in a difficult bid to relaunch public ethics and morality, the annual CENSIS report on Italian society said Friday. Institutions are no longer capable of "linking the political dynamic and the social dynamic" and this fuels populism, it said.
