(ANSA) - Rome, December 1 - A high-ranking Italian judge
risks being transferred after the judiciary's self-governing
body, the CSM, opened disciplinary proceedings against him for
comments about the Constitutional referendum posted on social
media. Francesco Caruso, the president of the court of Bologna,
reportedly said on Facebook that the Constitutional reform being
voted on is based on "corruption" and "clientelism". Caruso gave
no comment on the CSM's move.
