(ANSA) - Rome, December 1 - The supreme Court of Cassation on
Thursday threw out the latest petition against Sunday's
Constitutional referendum filed by consumer association
Codacons.
The court agreed with a ruling of the Lazio administrative
court and said the appeal was based on flawed jurisprudence.
