Happy for Latorre says Pinotti

(ANSA) - Rome, September 28 - Defence Minister Roberta Pinotti said Wednesday Italy was happy that marine Massimiliano Latorre would be able to spend the duration of arbitration on the 2012 killing of two Indian fishermen at home in Puglia.
    "The government's strategy si the right one," she said.
    "We'll go forward, certain that the conclusion of the arbitration process, too, will lead to the definitive solution Italy wishes".
    A court in The Hague is to decide whether India or Italy have jurisdiction over the case, in which another Italian marine, Salvatore Girone, is implicated.
