(ANSA) - Rome, July 26 - Silvio Berlusconi's office said
Tuesday that Stefano Parisi, a businessman-turned-politician
like the ex-premier, has been given the task of revamping his
opposition centre-right Forza Italia (FI) party. Parisi, the
former chief of telecoms company Fastweb and ex director general
of industrial employers' confederation Confindustria, narrowly
lost to the centre's right's Giuseppe Sala in last month's Milan
mayor run-off contest. Berlusconi is currently recovering from
heart surgery.
