(ANSA) - Paris, January 20 - "Stabilising Libya today is the
central element to stop Daesh (ISIS)," Italian Defence Minister
Roberta Pinotti told reporters Wednesday on the fringes of an
anti-ISIS coalition meeting in Paris.
In this context the formation of a Libyan coalition
government is "good news," she added.
"Obviously there still is fragility that we are aware of,
but this is a fundamental starting point as the stabilisation of
Libya today is the central element to stop Daesh," she said.
