(ANSA) - Rome, November 27 - Premier Matteo Renzi said
Friday that "from Lebanon to Afghanistan, from Iraq to Somalia,
as far as the Balkans, Italy is one of the countries with most
soldiers abroad. But this presence cannot be detached from a
strategy." He said "we will maintain our commitments by trying
to strengthen the coordination of all the allies in the
(anti-ISIS) coalition". Italy is engaged against ISIS with
reconnaissance air missions in Iraq but has declined to extend
these to Syria.
