ECB leaves rate unchanged at 0.05%

(ANSA) - Rome, September 3 - The European Central Bank on Thursday left its main refinancing rate unchanged at an all-time low of 0.05%. The rates on marginal loans and bank deposits stayed at 0.30% and -0.20% respectively. ECB chief Mario Draghi may cut inflation forecasts and hint at further stimulus measures when he faces the press later today.
